Sales Representative -

Labor Finders of NC, a staffing organization is seeking career-minded success driven individual to join our dynamic team to work directly for us in our own local branch for immediate permanent work.

Job Summary: Assists in recruiting and prescreening applicants while processing applications for temporary and contract employees

Provides customer service driven phone support a busy sales office Assists sales team in developing new business as well as keeping good communication with existing clients.

Maintains timely filing and accurate record keeping Assists managers with filling and coordinating job orders.

Provide excellent customer service with clients and staff .

Assists in afternoon payroll processing.

Maintains excellent communication with corporate office.

Updating and maintaining sales database.

We Offer:

Base pay starts at $20,800, plus 1% of collections commission after 90 day probation period.

 Requirements MUST pass a drug screen and a background check including criminal and credit - free of felonies.

Strong positive skills working with a diverse group of people.

Excellent organizational skills with ability to multi-task in a busy environment.

Ability to assist and support a busy sales staff Computer proficiencies in Word, Excel and Database Management.

Ability to accomplish tasks without supervision.

Bi-lingual in English and Spanish a plus.

Prefer previous successful Customer Service experience.

Proven ability to achieve successful results Enjoy the challenges of working in a fast paced environment.
